The hotel had large and clean rooms, but they were definitely outdated and had an unpleasant smell. On the bright side, the service was outstanding with friendly staff throughout. The location was really convenient and within easy walking distance of many good restaurants and the U of O, making it a great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located next to NCU and close to downtown, making it easy to get around Eugene. The rooms are spacious and big enough to accommodate bikes for a morning ride along the riverfront trail. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived late at 10:30pm to hours after we checked out. The dining options included a brown bag mix of waffles, fruits, water, eggs, and cheese. The beautiful campus location adds to the convenience of exploring the area.
